- CPR certification
- At least one year of experience
- Physical exam within the past 12 months
- PPD within the past 12 months or chest x-ray within 5 years
- Proof of MMR Immunizations

In a Live-In situation, you will be provided with private sleeping quarters and space for personal belongings, 3 one-hour meal breaks, and 8 hours of sleep. A successful candidate will have the following:
- Valid Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) Certificate
- Minimum ONE (1) year of CNA/HHA experience

- Proof of MMR Immunization
- Possession of 2-3 professional and verifiable references
